Our approach to property management is designed to maximise asset value. We strive to ensure that all lease obligations are observed, rent reviews and lease renewals implemented, as well as dealing with rent collection, management and service charges, the recovery of insurance, rent arrears, dilapidations and schedules of condition.
We currently operate a computerised management software programme that documents all aspects of the lease arrangement to ensure that important term dates are observed and all income due from the tenants is monitored.
This system in conjunction with our RICS compliant accounting procedures ensures that your rental receipts are fully protected and presented to you in a statement format that can be passed onto your accountant.
