Alister Leach MNAEA
Alister began his career in Residential Agency in 1986 and for the last 25 years has worked in the immediate area, including Peterborough, Uppingham and Oakham.
During this time Alister has gained vast experience in the sale and marketing of a wide range of properties and the development and sale of new homes.Working closely with clients he uses his experience combined with professionalism and honesty for long term success. He is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Louise Walker MSc
Louise joined Richardson in 1996 to establish the Residential Estate Agency Department.
She has over 30 years’ experience in estate agency, originally training with a reputable country house agent in Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire before moving to Lincolnshire.
In 1997 was awarded a Distinction for her MSc in Land Management and Development.
Land & Agricultural
Charles Richardson BLE (Hons), MRICS (Registered Valuer) FAAV
Charles qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1991 winning the Midlands Area practical prize.
Charles has been working in the area since 1988 and undertakes work in all areas of the practice but is an agricultural specialist.
Charles regularly assists clients with complex business reorganisation and taxation matters in conjunction with accountants and solicitors. He also undertakes Red Book Valuations for a variety of purposes.
Mark Thomas BSc MRICS (Registered Valuer) FAAV MARLA
Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 and becoming a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2003, Mark has worked in the area for over 18 years.
He has a wide range of experience in all aspects of Rural Land Agency work, specialising in Red Book Valuations, Farm Subsidy and Property Sales.
In addition Mark runs the Property Management Department assisting clients with both Residential Houses and Land Rentals.
Sandra Brookbanks MARLA
Sandra joined the Residential Lettings team as a property manager of Richardson in 2011, having worked in the industry for over 20 years and qualified as a Licenced ARLA Agent in 2013.
Sandra’s extensive experience, local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile has enabled her to build excellent relationships with both Tenants and Landlords ensuring the rental process runs as smoothly as possible for all concerned.
Hayley joined Richardson in November 2016 to help with the expansion of the Lettings Department as a property manager. Hayley has over 5 years’ experience in property management, having previously worked in Birmingham and Northampton. Hayley prides herself on her customer focus and attention to detail, with a passion and drive to succeed.
Hayley lives in Northamptonshire and is keen to build on her local knowledge of Stamford and surrounding villages.

Andrew Leech BSC MRICS (Registered Valuer)
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 and is responsible for the firm’s Commercial Property department.
He has wide ranging experience acting for clients in both the private and public sectors on all aspects of commercial property matters.
His client base comprises property developers, owner managed businesses and private individuals.
Callum joined Richardson in the summer of 2014 to assist the Commercial department, whilst studying for his BSc Real Estate part time at Birmingham City University.
He deals predominantly with acquisitions and disposals of retail, industrial and office property both in the local market and further afield.
