Full Management
With our fully managed service we will, in addition to finding a suitable tenant:
a) collect the monthly rent and forward this to you in the form of a rental statement.
b) carry out regular property inspections. The first inspection will be carried out six months after the tenancy start date, with further inspections carried out on an annual basis. In the unlikely event that we find anything untoward during these visits we will report back to you in the first instance having first consulted the tenancy agreement.
c) arrange routine repairs/maintenance from our list of approved contractors.
For the fully managed service our fees are flexible and will be agreed in the light of the subject property.
Our fee range is typically between 8% - 12% of the annual rent payable.
- All fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Termination
On termination of the agreement we will carry out a final inspection which will be cross referenced to the inventory that was initially taken. Thereupon we will distribute the deposit as we deem appropriate.
