The professional staff are all trained chartered surveyors and assist many clients in the immediate area of Stamford and Rutland, and throughout the East Midlands and Fenland regions. The firm has been agent
to local farmers and landowners for many years, but gives the same close attention to single assignments for a growing number of new clients who like the service and care we are able to give to their requirements. Where possible we like to get to know each of our clients, to understand their needs and to form an overview of their property and business affairs. Depending on the nature of our instructions and duties we like to work closely as a team with accountants and solicitors. We find we often take the initiative to co-ordinate matters requiring a team approach for clients.
