Contract Farming Arrangements
Contract farming arrangements are proving ever more popular through providing substantial benefits to both the land owner and contract farmer. Richardson is at the forefront in advising on agreements and arrangements that encompass current legislation in a functional format. We believe that it is important to have an agreement in place that recognises the level of involvement provided by both parties. In this context our involvement can range from simply completing an Agreement through to full supervision of the agreement, year end account and claim forms preparation.
