New Member - Josie Hart

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Josie Hart to our Residential Lettings Team. Josie joined the company in August 2026, having previously worked for a local firm in their agricultural department. Josie has taken up the position of Lettings Manager based in our Stamford Office and will work alongside Sandra, Marianne and Mark to help in all areas of the Residential Lettings Department.

Having lived in the local area for several years, Josie has developed a strong connection to the local community and rural life. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding and has been involved in helping on local farms. Josie has also recently enrolled on a Propertymark qualification, which will see her work towards an ARLA-accredited Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (CiPA).
