Whilst it’s rare for conventional transactions, we offer sale conclusion via Auction. This is an instantaneous method where sale contracts are signed at the fall of the hammer. We have enjoyed great success with this method with non-conventional sales such as derelict properties and homes that would otherwise not stand up to survey.
A more common alternative sale option is Informal Tender. We recommend considering this option for achieving best value for properties with strong developer interest such as building plots, small development sites & farm yard/barn conversions. It is possible to achieve premium prices where interested parties have a one-off opportunity to reveal their “Best & Final Offer” without the knowledge of any rival bids.
